Action Keys Realty is the Property Management Company for many long-term and vacation rental homes. All of these homes are privately owned and are located in the Lower Florida Keys, between Key West and Marathon.

Long-Term Rentals The Keys To Your Rental

Long-term rental properties are homes rented for more than 30 days. Typically, these homes require a 6-month to 1-year lease. These homes, unless otherwise noted, are not furnished and do not include utilities. If you are interested in anyof these rental homes, it will be necessary for you to complete a credit application and sign appropriate lease documentation with our office. Call us to set an appointment to see any of these homes.

Vacation Rentals

Vacation rental properties are homes that are available on a short-term basis. These rentals depend on special zoning of the property by Monroe County.
There are two types of vacation rentals:

Available for 1-7 days
Also available on a monthly basis
Available for a minimum of 28-days
A 28-day lease agreement is required
We can not require you to stay in the home for the full lease period
