Quiet Harbor is nestled on a charming, quiet canal on Cudjoe Key. This home was just completed in 2007 and has all the special touches of home. Soaring 9 foot ceilings and crown molding show the attention to details. Enjoy the full formal dining room for the group to share the adventures of the day. Great kitchen with lots of storage space. Hardwood floors throughout give it a warm and inviting atmosphere. The floor plan boasts large bedrooms for privacy for each of the guests.
Screened porch overlooks the great boating canal. The concrete dock provides ample dockage plus boat whips for your convenience.
Just 23 miles to Key West for all the fun and shopping the keys have to offer. A quick ride to the infamous Looe Key Reef or many of the wrecks for unbelievable fishing and diving.

28 DAY RULE
Unless otherwise specified, rental periods must be for a minimum of 28 days, in accordance with Monroe County, Florida's vacation rental law.
TAXES
All vacation rentals will be taxed on rent and cleaning fees; State Sales Tax (7.5%) & Monroe County Tourist Development Tax (4%) totaling 11.5% tax.
UTILITIES
All monthly vacation rentals will be charged utilities (water & electric) and cleaning fees in addition to rent.
PAYMENTS
Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival; full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal and holiday events may be higher.
CANCELLATIONS
60 days prior to arrival, deposits refunded in full. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival date, a $45.00 administrative fee will be retained.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Arrival time is 3:00 pm; departure is 11:00 am. Please contact our office 1 week prior to your arrival to confirm specific check-in procedures.
