Property Management

Action Keys Realty of the FL Keys, Inc. has been specialists in vacation rental management since 1998. Our professional team of rental management staff can give you greater piece of mind by providing "eyes on, hands on" personal attention to your rental. We treat each and every home as it were our personal residence and pride ourselves in personal attention to all details.

Reservations

All prospective renters must contact our reservation manager and be personally qualified.

Guest Satisfaction

All guests are personally called and checked on during their stay to make their vacation very personalized.

Deposits

A security deposit is obtained to cover any potential loss or damage.

Damage Control

All properties are inventoried when guests vacate to assure there are no losses or damage. In the event of loss or damage, our staff will arrange to have repairs made.

Laws & Licensing

Our agents and staff are knowledgeable about the laws and licensing, and will always protect your interests. All rental agreements are in writing with strong liability provisions to protect you.

Quarterly Updates

We send you notices quarterly to advise you when your rental is booked so you know when to anticipate income and when the property is available for your use.

Funds Collected

Rents are collected in a timely basis and checks are issued the 15th of the month of your rental period.

Taxes

1099s are sent annually with reports for all your accounts
