Choose between "Island House" (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), "Mangrove House" (2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms) with optional “Little Mangrove” (1 bedroom/1 bath efficiency) or “Hideaway Retreat” (3 bedrooms and 2 baths) If you're traveling with friends or family, consider renting the entire property with all 3 homes and everyone can enjoy their privacy! Entire property sleeps up to 20 guests. Available for daily, weekly & monthly rentals.

Watch the warm, tropical sun rise over the gulf from your private sitting room, located off the master bedroom suite. Seclude yourself from the world after a hard day at the beach in spacious rooms, tastefully decorated with Hemingway-style furnishings. Enjoy tranquil, starlit nights as you soak in the Jacuzzi from the spacious and private screened porch. There's plenty of room to play on the acre of tropical, landscaped grounds, with spectacular open-water views. Sleeps 8 people (2 kings, 4 twins & futon sleeper).
Only 30 minutes from Key West and a short distance by boat from the famous Looe Key Coral Reef dive and snorkel site. This home is one of two on this property and offers a perfect retreat or vacation for larger groups wanting to share the grounds and still have their own home and privacy.

28 DAY RULE
Unless otherwise specified, rental periods must be for a minimum of 28 days, in accordance with Monroe County, Florida's vacation rental law.
TAXES
All vacation rentals will be taxed on rent and cleaning fees; State Sales Tax (7.5%) & Monroe County Tourist Development Tax (5%) totaling 12.5% tax.
UTILITIES
All monthly vacation rentals will be charged utilities (water & electric) and cleaning fees in addition to rent.
PET POLICY
If owner accepts the request for pets, there will be a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet. Pets are required to be on a leash at all times when off property. All pets must have current shots and immunization. Pets must be on a flea prevention treatment prior to rental. All pet feces must be picked up from property prior to exiting property. Pets walked in neighborhood must have all pet feces picked up and disposed of immediately. An additional pet addendum will be added to the rental lease. Please refer to the addendum for additional details.
PAYMENTS
Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival; full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal and holiday events may be higher.
CANCELLATIONS
60 days prior to arrival, deposits refunded in full. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival date, a $45.00 administrative fee will be retained.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Arrival time is 3:00 pm; departure is 11:00 am. Please contact our office 1 week prior to your arrival to confirm specific check-in procedures.
