The Company & Staff
Cheryl Moses, with her husband and partner Jeff Moses (REALTOR® and Mortgage Broker), successfully own and operate Action Keys Realty, Of The Florida Keys, Inc. on Summerland Key, mile marker 24, in the beautiful Florida Keys.
One of the very few independently owned and operated real estate companies in the Florida Keys, Action Keys Realty has been a successful competitor since it's creation in 1984. Cheryl Moses, REALTOR® and Broker, joined original owner Brian Sullivan, in 1995. Seven years later in 2002, Cheryl and Jeff purchased the company.

Cheryl obtained her real estate license almost 15 years ago and is currently a REALTOR® and Broker. She has been extremely active in the Marathon & Lower Keys Association of Realtors (MLKAR) and has held numerous offices within the Association.
She has proudly represented the Association in the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. She has also Chaired the Multiple Listing Committee and served on the Professional Standards Committee, Budget Committee and Civic Affairs Committee. She has been on the Board of Directors for more than 7 years. In 2002, Cheryl was elected by her peers as the REALTOR® of the Year, a very prestigious award.
Cheryl continues to be very active in the Lower Keys community. She is currently a member of the following oraganizations:

 Jeff Moses, Realtor®, Mortgage Broker, Co-Owner
Jeff is a Mortgage Broker with WRC Mortgage Brokerage in Key West and is the in-house Mortgage Consultant at Action Keys Realty. Jeff makes financing a new home easier than ever. Jeff gives his customers every advantage by getting the best loan possible. WRC Mortgage Brokerage has been in business for many years and is licensed to do business in multiple states.
Jeff is in the real estate and mortgage business because he truly cares about his customers. He represents the highest standards and ethical conduct in the industry. In addition to his Mortgage Broker license, Jeff has obtained his Real Estate license and is now a REALTOR®. He feels that this enables him to further assist his clients on different platforms and to give his clients a well-rounded base of knowledge.
Jeff also continues to be very active in the Lower Keys community. He is currently a member of the following oraganizations:

 Christine Rudy, Realtor®
Christine has lived in the Florida Keys for the past 26 years. She has been successfully investing in real estate for over 20 years and understands the real estate business from multiple perspectives. She obtained her Real Estate license in 2005, is a REALTOR® and has become one of the best agents in the area.
With her wealth of knowledge of the Keys and being an avid angler herself, she is very familiar with the important boating, depth, and water-way issues that concern her customers.
Christine understands and believes that the lifestyle you live is as important and where you choose to live. She is committed to representing her customers with respect, honesty and the individual care they deserve.
She and her partner Rick live on Big Torch Key with their two wonderful golden retrievers.
 Sheila Wichlens
Sheila is a life-long, original “CONCH” and our Property Management specialist. She handles all of the vacation rental reservations for more than 40 properties.
Sheila also coordinates all of the schedules within the property management division, including maintenance, cleaning, long-term rentals and vacation rentals. With more than 60 properties in the entire division, Sheila keeps very busy.
She is extremely organized and has an excellent repoire with all her customers. She is frequently complimented on her attention to detail and customer service abilities.
Sheila is a welcome addition and is committed to making every vacation rental memorable for her customers.
